- We will refund 97% of the total order cost, which will be returned via the original payment method used for purchase.
- Items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be cancelled or returned.
Order Returns
- If you have received your order and wish to return it due to a change of mind, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt.
- Items can be returned provided they are in their original condition and packaging, with no signs of use or damage.
- Returns due to a change of mind will incur a 3% return processing fee, deducted from your refund.
- Items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
General Provisions for Cancellations and Returns
- Refunds for both cancellations and returns will be initiated immediately upon receipt of the cancellation request or returned items. The timeframe for the refund to reflect in your account will depend on your bank's policies.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
